Lifting Cream is the result of a lot of work and experience of our team in Perming and Lifting. Extremely gentle but fast at the same time. When Lifting Cream is applied, the chemical process breaks down the bonds within each hair, allowing them to morph and move into a new shape. Processing time depends on the condition of the eyebrows/eyelashes: from 3 minutes for thin hair to a maximum of 7 minutes. Convenient dosage with a pump and a large amount of product for intensive work. Be sure to use with PSL™ Lamination Step 2 - Neutralizing Cream.
