Perfect Silk Lashes Eyelash Pre-Treatment is an excellent product for a deep cleansing before eyelash extension procedure (especially in the case of full or partial removing of the old extended eyelashes). Recommended for use after Perfect Silk Lashes Eyelash UniCleanser™. Apply Eyelash Pre-Treatment with a micro brush and wipe the lashes from all sides. Dry lashes thoroughly with an air-blower or fan (30-60 seconds is enough) before applying eyelash or eyebrow extensions.
